3. Scope of Application

1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers and distance contracts between Ecosave BV and the consumer.

2. The consumer will have access to these terms before concluding the contract.

3. In the event of conflict between general and product-specific terms, the provision most favorable to the consumer applies.

4. Offer

1. All offers are non-binding and may be changed.

2. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible; small color or shape variations may occur.

3. Offers always include price including VAT, shipping costs, payment methods, delivery time, and information about the right of withdrawal.

5. Conclusion of Contract

1. The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer.

2. For online orders, the consumer receives an order confirmation.

3. Ecosave implements security measures for data transmission and online payments.

4. Ecosave may refuse orders if there are doubts about the consumer’s ability to pay.

6. Right of Withdrawal

1. Consumers can return products within 14 days without giving reasons, except for excluded products.

2. During the withdrawal period, products must be handled carefully; only unpack as necessary to inspect them.

3. Withdrawal must be made by email with the order number within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days.

4. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless Ecosave expressly assumes them.

7. Refund

1. After receipt and inspection of the products, the refund will be made within 14 days to the original payment method.

2. A deduction may be applied for damage caused by improper handling.

3. Statutory warranty and EU regulations remain unaffected.

8. Prices

1. All prices include VAT, excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

2. Price changes occur only due to legal changes in VAT or other charges.

3. Obvious pricing errors are not binding for Ecosave.

9. Delivery

1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer.

2. Delivery is within 30 days; in case of delay, the consumer may withdraw from the contract.

3. The risk of damage or loss lies with Ecosave until delivery.

10. Conformity and Warranty

1. Products comply with their description and usual requirements.

2. Statutory warranty applies for at least 2 years within the EU.

3. Warranty expires in case of improper use or self-repair.

11. Complaints

1. Complaints must be reported in writing within 2 months of discovery.

2. Ecosave responds within 14 days or provides an estimated processing time.

3. Disputes can be submitted via WebwinkelKeur or the EU ODR platform.

12. Law and Jurisdiction

1. Dutch law applies.

2. The Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) is excluded.

3. Consumer protection rights under EU law remain unaffected.
