Shipping & return policy
We ship our packages with PostNL or Transmission from the Netherlands.
We ship our products worldwide.
1. Delivery times:
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
We try to ship dry toilets and small items within 1-6 business days. (If this is not possible due to
suppliers, we will inform you.)
We try to deliver large items such as sheds, IBAs, rainwater tanks, etc. within 8-30 business days.
2. Tracking of shipped products
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email from the carrier with
information about your delivery. If you have not received an email for some reason, please contact
us and we will check it for you.
3. Not at home upon delivery
If you were not at home for delivery, the carrier will contact you for further instructions/information.
If you have not received anything, please call or email us and we will follow up for you. If your
package is returned, we will be happy to arrange a new shipment. Shipping costs will be charged
again for this.
4. Collection
If you have indicated that you would like to collect your order, you can indicate in the notes when
you would like to collect your product. We will then contact you.
5. Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt
without giving a reason, but only after notification. After your
notification, the product must be returned within 14 days.
Pack the product carefully and in the original packaging.
Damage or signs of wear that go beyond what is necessary
to assess the product may lead to a
depreciation.
Please note:
We unfortunately cannot accept returns of custom-made products, used water
filters, and used toilets for hygienic reasons and because these products cannot be reused or
resold.

Please send us an email with your order number beforehand so
we can register your return and ensure the process runs smoothly.
You are responsible for the shipping costs and for secure shipping, ensuring the product arrives to
us in good condition.
Refund
Once we receive your returned product, we will check whether it meets the return conditions.
If the product meets these requirements, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. Return
shipping costs are not included.
If the amount has not yet been credited to your account after 14 days, please feel free to contact
us.
